17th Street Market undergoing changes
The 17th Street Market you have known in the 21st century has seen striking changes in the past few months.
The fish counter is gone. The Asian section has been drastically downscaled and, with that, 6,500 square feet of the market were walled off for warehouse storage.
On the other hand, CEO Tom Kusian right now is building an herbal greenhouse right by the front door, and he’s on the verge of giving the market a showroom for his party rental and catering divisions.
