Trash & recycling collection changes for July 4th | Environment

Since the 4th of July holiday falls on a weekday again this year, residential and commercial trash and recycling will not be collected on Wednesday.

Regular customers with Wednesday/Thursday/Friday collection will have their trash & recycling services delayed by one day during the holiday week.  Further holiday collection schedules are available online at www.tucsonaz.gov/esd.

The Los Reales Landfill will also be closed July 4. 

City offices are also closed for the holiday, but customers can leave a message for Environmental Services Customer Service at 791-3171 or submit a service request at www.tucsonaz.gov/esd and they will be contacted no later than the next business day.

Customer Service will be available on Saturday, July 7 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
